TAXI RATES
Town of Nantucket Taxi Rates
Effective June 15, 2016
BAGGAGE: Two (2) bags per person are included in the above rates, an additional charge of $1.00 per bag in excess of two (2).
HOURLY RATE: A pre-determined hourly rate may be charged at $60.00 per hour or $1.00 per minute.
STAND-BY REQUESTS: May be charged at a rate of $1.00 per minute.
DOUBLES: Taxis may take multiple fares to different locations. Each party will be charged separately.
AFTER 12 MIDNIGHT through 6:00 AM: Add $5.00 to all taxi fares.
SENIOR CITIZEN RATE: Offered as a courtesy to year-round residents only.
Please report any charges in excess of the above rates to the Nantucket Police Department (508-228-1212) giving the taxicab owner’s name and the taxi operator’s license number for identification.
OUR OPERATORS ARE NOT AUTHORIZED TO CONDUCT TOURS
